All session timetables are correct at time of publishing. If your session time/location changes, we will contact you.

Payment

Lessons are paid for monthly in advance and must be paid in full prior to the child commencing a session.

You must pay for your child's session online using the website and can access the page here.

The Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever except with the prior written agreement of Toddlers Football.

If your class fee changes you will be notified of your revised payment schedule by Head Office.

Some of our sessions may require you to pay a £10 Entry Fee, where this is applicable you will receive a welcome pack for your child which will include a T-shirt to wear to sessions plus other goodies.

Cancellation by Toddlers Football

In the unlikely event of ‘last minute’ session changes or a session cancellation by us, Toddlers Football will notify you with as much notice as possible. Toddlers Football will not reimburse any expenses incurred by a customer failing to pick up their message.

If a lesson is cancelled by Toddlers Football your payment for this session will be carried over to the first session of the next month.

Should you decide to leave Toddlers Football you will need to give a two week notice period and your child must attend these two weeks.

If insufficient children are booked into your session, we reserve the right to cancel the session. In this instance we will do our best to offer you an alternative session. Or a refund will be given for any remaining sessions after the cancellation.

The Parent understands that sessions are ongoing and to be used consecutively. No credits or refunds will be issued for missed classes (see Attendance).

Attendance

Your session payment has reserved your place just for you and if you miss a session for any reason we are unable to refund you. If you know you are unable to attend a lesson, please let us know giving at least 48 hours notice by emailing or telephoning Head Office.

If, having let us know you are unable to attend your normal session, your circumstances change and you are, in fact, able to attend the session, you must contact us at Head Office. Please do not just turn up to your normal session as; if the session is full, your child will not be able to play for insurance reasons.

During a Calendar year you are able to give 7 days notice of non attendance to 2 separate sessions without incurring a cost for those two sessions or loosing your child's space.

Parent's Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any condition that could affect their own* or their child’s capabilities during sessions. You must agree to inform us of any changes, as soon as you become aware of them. This can be updated by contacting Head office. All information provided to us will be treated as strictly confidential.

*Toddlers Football sessions require Parent participation.

The Parent acknowledges and agrees that the child shall be deemed to be under the direction, care and control of the Carer throughout the session and the Carer shall be responsible for the welfare and conduct of the child throughout the session and whilst the child is on the Premises.

Customers are expected to behave in a civilised and respectful manner at all times towards the Coaches, other customers and any members of the public who are on the Premises. In the event that Toddlers Football determines the behaviour of the child and/or the Parent/Carer to be unacceptable, Toddlers Football shall be entitled to exclude the child and the Parent/Carer (or either of them) from session and Premises permanently or for such period as Toddlers Football (in its entire discretion) determine.

The standard of behaviour which is to be regarded as unacceptable at a Course or on the Premises shall be determined by Toddlers Football.

Customers accept that at times there will be physical contact between the teacher and their child, which will always be carried out in a professional and caring manner.

Session Rules

For Health and Safety purposes please supervise your child(ren) around the venue prior to your session start time.

Please remember that you are the responsible adult for your child when he/she is attending a session. Responsible adults should stay within easy sight and reach of their child at all times.

Please help us start and finish sessions on time by arriving promptly for your session and taking any litter home with you when you leave. Please let the coaching team know if you have to leave the session early for any reason; this is for emergency evacuation purposes.

Please keep siblings, buggies and associated equipment off or as far back from the playing area at all times. ‘Pitch invaders’ are not covered by our accident insurance if they cause or are involved in an accident

Parents/Carers should take all litter home with them following sessions.

To comply with our ‘Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy’ and best practice, we request that parents/carers DO NOT take photographs or videos at Toddlers Football sessions. Whilst our coaches will do their best to enforce a total ban on the use of photographic/film or video equipment by parents/carers at classes, due to the nature of their work and the concentration required during the delivery of sessions, we are unable to guarantee this, and your cooperation would be appreciated. From time to time Toddlers Football may organise class photo shoots, but only where all parental consents have been obtained.

Please try to keep noise and disturbance from the sidelines to a minimum to avoid distracting your child and others.

Please ensure your child is wearing athletic clothing and proper footwear for each session.

Although general advice will be offered, no requests for transfers, moving up age groups or changing venues or sessions can be confirmed on the spot at classes. Please call Head Office to discuss the matter with your area manager.
